Andrew Wong
Director & Principal Clinical Psychologist

Andrew has been registered as a Psychologist with AHPRA since 2015, a Solicitor at the Supreme Court of NSW since 2017, and at the High Court of Australia since 2018. In 2024, he became a Psychology Board-Approved Supervisor. He is one of the few professionals in Australia who are dually qualified and registered as a Clinical Psychologist and Solicitor.
Previously, Andrew practiced criminal law and civil litigation, appearing as an advocate and instructing solicitor in the Local, District, and Supreme Courts of NSW. Since 2011, he has worked with children and adults with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs. He completed his Clinical Psychology Registrar training in a paediatrics mental health clinic, the Forensic Hospital, and a forensic psychology clinic. He later held leadership roles as Clinical Lead at a large psychology clinic and Head of Forensic Services at a forensic practice, supervising and managing teams of psychologists.
Since 2019, Andrew has specialised in forensic psychological assessments for various courts and tribunals, includng Local, District, Supreme, and the Federal Circuit and Family Courts, NCAT, and AAT. He served as Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Elver Program, which is a partnership between DCJ and NSW Health, where he provided statewide tertiary-level mental health services for high-risk out-of-home care (OOHC) children with complex needs. At Elver, he also operated a Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) clinic and led care teams to advocate for systemic changes.
In research, Andrew has investigated inmate and juvenile detainee health at Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network and managed clinical trials on psychotropic medication at NICM Health Research Institute. Since 2024, he has lectured on mental health law, psychological assessments, and court report writing at Western Sydney University.
In 2022, Andrew founded AWP, where he routinely produces court reports for criminal, immigration, child protection, family, and insurance matters across Australia and internationally. Andrew has completed forensic psychological assessments involving mental health issues, neurocognitive functioning, risk of re-offending, and parenting capacity and needs. He also regularly conducts neuropsychological and forensic risk assessments for OOHC children, especially those with a high CAT score.
Andrew is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Rikeya Constable
Psychologist & Clinical Psychology Registrar

Rikeya completed a Bachelor of Science-Psychology with First Class Honours at the University of Wollongong and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Newcastle. They are a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association.
Rikeya has previously worked in a large clinical psychology practice, where they provided psychological therapy to specialised populations across the age range funded under various Primary Health Networks (PHN), including individuals of LGBTQIA+ identity, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background, and those affected by eating disorders. Rikeya has also worked at one of the world’s largest privately owned employee assistance program (EAP) provider, where they offer short-term solutions focussed interventions to adolescents and adults across Australia. They have specific competency in delivering Maudsley Family-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders, and LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy.
Over the years, Rikeya has developed an interest and clinical and forensic expertise in providing psychological services to adolescents, adults, and families to a diverse population with various social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. They have a passion for creating a safe and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to explore their sexuality and gender identity. They are dedicated to helping clients embrace their true selves and provide guidance and support to their families and friends throughout this journey.
Since 2021, Rikeya has been conducting forensic psychological assessments and providing psychological intervention to individuals on court orders. At AWP, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with a diverse population in a clinical and forensic setting.
